Returns & Exchanges

How to Return or Exchange:

  2. Let us know if you'd like a return or exchange.
  3. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  4. Once approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label (for exchanges within Pakistan only).

Important Notes:

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective.
  • Exchanges: We will ship your replacement item within 15 business days of receiving your return.
  • Photographic Evidence: For defective items, we may request photographic evidence to expedite the process.

We Reserve the Right to Refuse:

  • Returns or exchanges requested outside the designated timeframe.
  • Items that are not in their original packaging or are damaged due to wear and tear.
  • Anything missing from the package, including price tags, labels, or original packaging.

International Orders:

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders. However, for defective items, we may offer a replacement after investigating the claim. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.
